I am  a career coach and HR manager who coaches leaders, identifies talents, helps people know their own strengths, what is the right career direction for them, and how they can achieve their maximum potential there.

I believe that every person has a talent that when unleashed through coaching leads to higher productivity for self and for the workplace, I love to help the client diagnose his areas of strengths, values, and passion to be self-aware so that he can excel more in his career.

In addition to 400+ coaching hours as an “Associate Certified Coach - ACC” from the International Coaching Federation, I have facilitated more than 1000+ hours of training as a freelancer and as a corporate trainer.

I hold a bachelor's degree in pharma from Cairo University, and I am certified professional trainer from the AUC, and “Associate Certified Coach ACC” accredited from the International Coaching Federation ICF.
